Pizza

Raffaele Esposito a Naples guy who invented pizza. It start making in Italy as a street food. The first time pizza was made in 1889 by Raffaele Esposito.Pizza is an Italian dish, it is made up of vegetables, oil, sauce, tomato ketchup, cheese, and often various ingredients. Pizza baked in high temperature, some restaurants using traditional wood-fired. In this wood-fired we can get a wooden flavor. Usually pizza have round shape. American eat pizza per day in amount of 100 acres, or 350 slices per Second. In America there are approximately 65,197 pizzerias. Each person eats about 46 slices per day in the United States. In the United States they celebrate the whole October month as pizza Month. All over the world they sold 5 million pizza.There are two types of pizza
1) vegetables pizza
2) Non-veg pizza

Vegetable pizzaIn this we only use vegetables for making of pizza. Vegetables pizza have various options like corn pizza, pane er special pizza, tomato pizza and so many.

  • Non-veg pizza

Non- veg pizzaNon-veg pizza have only made up of chicken, there are some flavor of chicken pizza like, chicken sausage pizza, barbecue chicken spicy pizza.

  • Is it healthy?

It depends on the crust of pizza, amount of cheese and toppings used in Making of pizza. Pizza is a fast food and it has more percentage of fats, you can only eat pizza one to two time in a week. If you eat pizza regularly it is bad for your health because it consists fat, oil, white flour (maida) it is not good for your health.

  • Making of pizza

First you need to make the dough. For that you need following material.

  • For dough of pizza

  1. 2 cups (0.47 liters) organic flour or all-purpose flour or maida (1cup (0.24 liters) maida & 1 cup (0.24 liters) atta).
  2. 1 tsp active dry yeast.
  3. 1/2 cup (0.47 liters) water.
  4. 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil or you can add any oil which you used in home.
  5. 1/4 to 1/2 tsp salt or you can add salt by your test.
  6. 3/4 tsp organic sugar.
  • For pizza sauce

  1. 400 grams tomatoes for chopped and or you can use tomato Puri
  2. 2 garlic chopped finely and make a small pieces.
  3. 1 tsp red chili flakes, if you like spicy then you can add chili by your mood and test.
  4. 1tsp Italian herbs like rosemary, garlic, thyme, basil, pepper, and Organo.
  5. Add salt ass you need.
  6. 1/2 tsp pepper powder or you can use course crushed pepper.
  7. 1 1/2 tbsp oil preferably olive oil.
  8. 1 tsp organic sugar.
  • For pizza toppings

  • 200 grams mozzarella cheese, if you are cheese eater you can add 250-300 grams cheese.
  • 1 1/2 cups (0.47 liters) mix vegetables, sliced onions, capsicum, olives, tomatoes, mushrooms or you are non veg lover then you can add chicken piece on pizza crust as toppings.
  • 1/4 to 1/2 tsp Italian herbs used as desired.
  • 1/2 tsp red chili flakes spread on pizza crust.
  • Following are the procedure for how to make pizza:

  1. Preheat the oven to 240c for at least 20 to 25 minute.
  2. Punch the dough once to deflect it. Cut to 2-3 portion.
  3. Gently shape it to a ball. Or you can shape the dough like an oval shape.
  4. Sprinkle some corn flour on pizza tray because dough not settled on tray and easy to pick from tray.
  5. Place the pizza dough over the tray and flattered it slightly.
  6. Then add few drops of olive oil and started to flatter the dough like the pizza tray shape. The pizza dough now are present in round shape.
  7. Then added pizza sauce on the flattered dough.
  8. Add veggies like slices of tomato, slices of onions, capsicum, and cheese, if your cheese lover then you can add cheese by your mind.
  9. Non veg pizza contains chicken pieces on flattered dough.
  10. Baked for 10 to 14 minutes until the base of pizza is cooked and cheese slightly turn into golden.
  11. Slice the pizza in triangle shape and serve it as hot pizza.
